The fun begins at the start line, where competitors will have to clamber up and over a huge flight of inflatable steps to kick start the obstacle course.
Not the Merseybeat classic, but a tough to beat inflatable obstacle made up of a minefield of giant potholes. Those taking part will have to try and avoid taking a tumble on this tricky obstacle.
Can You Kick It?
Ball pits aren’t just for kids, with these giant orbs standing at over 6.5ft tall. To kick it on this part of the course participants will have to battle their way through the giant ball pit.
Those taking part in the 5k Gung-Ho obstacle course will have to crawl, climb and clamber through this mammoth inflatable jungle. At almost 1000ft long this obstacle consists of a series of hoops, walls and climbing nets for competitors to tackle.
The Wall
Not a challenge to be attempted alone, this obstacle will definitely require a helping hand. Competitors must scale the heights of the Gung-Ho wall to progress on to the next test.
Beat It
If participants have still got the energy, they will have to scale a wall of steps and slide down the other side. Seems simple, but at this stage in the obstacle course it could be a tough task.
Born Slippy
Time to get messy. After climbing the heights of this inflatable obstacle, participants will be plunges into the depths of this foam filled challenge. There will be lots of slipping and sliding as competitors attempt to clamber back out of this obstacle.
The Labyrinth
Challengers will have to try not to get lost as they enter the labyrinth. This inflatable maze is filled with foam and could leave participants sliding towards the exit.
Thriller
Saving the best until last, the final obstacle is what Gung-Ho is really about. Climb up and slide down Europe’s biggest ever inflatable slide, measuring in at 5 stories high and 200ft long.
